| Membership and Stewardship Advisory Board's Roles and Responsibilities |
1. Encourage increased membership and stewardship enrollment.
2. Schedule and oversee membership and stewardship drives.
3. Maintain active membership and stewardship lists.
4. Obtain volunteers to help work on the following:
· Membership and stewardship activities.
· Recognition of key anniversaries, service, etc.
· Host at least two stewardship events per year to encourage participation by either
leveraging with other events going on within the community or hosting stand-alone
stewardship events.
5. The Board will report to the Parish Council on a monthly basis or as requested to provide
status on:
· Enrollment: show demographic changes.
· Progress on membership and stewardship recognition activities.
· Progress on stewardship-only events (can be grouped at different levels).
